I qualified from Sheffield University in 1990. After having spent a year working at the dental hospital, i joined Derwent Street Dental Practice.
During my time here, I have been a vocational trainer, assisting newly-qualified dentists to get to grips with the dental practice. I enjoy doing orthodontics including Invisalign.
I enjoy and like all aspects of dentistry, particularly the continuity of care that staying in one practice has provided.
In my spare time, i enjoy walking my Westie dog, Tilly, in the wonderful Peak District. Tilly completed the Three Peaks Challenge two years ago. I enjoy running (very slowly) and attempt to visit the gym regularly to keep fit.
The thing i like best about dentistry is sorting patients’ pain out quickly and “painlessly.” I feel the best part of working at Derwent Street is its friendly atmosphere, great patients, and staff.
